Terms of Service
Please read these terms carefully. By using our website and booking our activities or accommodation, you agree to them.

About these terms
These terms govern your use of the website purjelaud.ee and the water activities and accommodation provided at Lake Nõuni by Toretto OÜ (registry code 12123802), Nõuni küla, Otepää vald, Valgamaa 67515, Estonia. By using the site or making a booking, you agree to these terms.
Using our website
You may use this website for personal, non-commercial purposes and to find information about and book our services. You agree not to misuse the site, attempt to disrupt it, or use it for any unlawful purpose. All text, images, and other content on the site belong to Toretto OÜ or its licensors and may not be reused without our permission.
Bookings and enquiries
Enquiries made through the website or by phone or email are requests, not confirmed bookings. A booking is confirmed only once we have agreed the details with you and confirmed availability. We will do our best to accommodate your preferred dates and activities, but availability is not guaranteed until confirmed.
Prices and payment
Prices for our activities and accommodation are shown on the website and may change. The price that applies is the one confirmed at the time of booking. Payment terms are agreed at the time of booking. Prices are in euros.
Cancellations and changes
If you need to cancel or change a confirmed booking, please contact us as early as possible. Because some activities depend on weather and equipment availability, we may need to reschedule or cancel a session — for example, in unsafe conditions. If we cancel for reasons within our control, we will offer an alternative time or a refund for the affected service.
Weather and conditions
Water activities depend on the weather. We monitor conditions and may postpone, shorten, or cancel an activity when wind, water, or weather conditions make it unsafe. Your safety always comes first.
Participation, safety, and your responsibilities
Water sports involve inherent risks. To take part, you must:
- be able to swim and be in good enough health to take part safely;
- follow the safety instructions given by our staff at all times;
- wear the safety equipment provided, such as a buoyancy aid, when instructed;
- tell us about any medical condition that could affect your participation;
- ensure that participants under 18 are accompanied or have consent from a parent or guardian.
We may refuse or stop participation if we believe a person is unfit to take part safely, is under the influence of alcohol or drugs, or does not follow safety instructions.
Assumption of risk and liability
You take part in our activities voluntarily and accept the inherent risks of water sports. To the fullest extent permitted by Estonian law, Toretto OÜ is not liable for injury, loss, or damage that results from failure to follow safety instructions, from pre-existing medical conditions, or from circumstances beyond our reasonable control. Nothing in these terms limits liability that cannot be limited by law, including liability for death or personal injury caused by our negligence. You are responsible for any loss or damage you cause to our equipment or property through misuse or negligence.
Accommodation
Where you book accommodation, check-in and check-out times and house rules will be provided with your booking confirmation. Please treat the property and its surroundings with care. You are responsible for any damage beyond normal wear, and for the conduct of everyone in your party.
Personal belongings
You are responsible for your own personal belongings during your visit. We are not liable for loss of or damage to personal items, except where caused by our fault.
Privacy
We handle your personal data in line with our Privacy Policy, which explains what we collect and the rights you have.
Governing law and disputes
These terms are governed by the laws of Estonia. We aim to resolve any concerns directly — please contact us first. If we cannot reach a solution, consumers in Estonia may turn to the Consumer Disputes Committee (Tarbijavaidluste komisjon, tarbijakaitse.ee) or the relevant court.
Changes to these terms
We may update these terms from time to time. The version published on this page applies to your use of the site and to any booking made after it is posted.
